All of the dry organic ingredients are included in the kit. You'll need to add:

• 150g double cream or coconut cream
• 120g yogurt (or dairy free yogurt like soy)
• 15g honey or maple syrup
• 3 tsp vanilla essence (optional)

The ingredients in the kit contain nuts (almonds).

Please note that our kits are packed in premises that handle cereals, nuts (including peanuts), soya, sesame and products containing gluten.

The recipe recommends dairy, though a dairy free alternative can be chosen

To make this recipe you'll need:

• Cake tin around 20cm (ideally springform)
• Measuring scales
• Mixing bowl x 2 and spoon
• Small saucepan
• Whisk
• Wooden spoon / spatula
