Banana bread!

Being able to make a delicious banana bread is an important part of any chef's repertoire! And this recipe will not disappoint. Simple to make, delicious to eat and packed with goodness - keep the recipe card safe as it'll be one your little cook will want to make again and again!

What you need to know

Recipe ingredients

All of the dry organic ingredients are included in the kit. You'll need to add:

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 60g honey
  • 30g butter or coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla essence

Recipe allergens

The ingredients in the kit do not contain any allergens, although please note that our kits are packed in premises that handle cereals, nuts (including peanuts), soya, sesame and products containing gluten.

The recipe recommends egg and dairy, though a dairy free alternative can be chosen

Recipe utensils

To make this recipe you'll need:

  • Mixing bowl and spoon
  • Measuring scales
  • Masher or fork
  • Sieve
  • Loaf tin (or a small cake tin works well)
