Herby Polenta Chips!

Polenta makes brilliant chips, and this recipe coats them in a delicious herby crust, as well as teaches children how to make their very own tomato sauce to dip them in! They make a delicious snack or great addition to a main meal

What you need to know

Recipe ingredients

All of the dry organic ingredients are included in the kit. You'll need to add:

  • 100g passata
  • 70g tomato puree
  • 40ml vinegar (white wine or apple cider)
  • 450ml water

Recipe allergens

The ingredients in the kit contain nuts (almonds)

Please note that our kits are packed in premises that handle cereals, nuts (including peanuts), soya, sesame and products containing gluten

To make this recipe you'll need:

  • Saucepan
  • Measuring scales
  • Whisk
  • Small baking dish
  • Chopping board and knife
  • Plate
  • Mixing bowl
  • Baking tray
