Yummy little gummies that are full of protein and goodness, and so make for a very happy tummy! You can make any variation you want of these gummies - citrus flavours are lovely and immune boosting, or a strawberry milkshake flavour is also great - experiment! A good rule of thumb is to add 1 tablespoon of gelatin for roughly every 100ml of liquid.
