A delicious nutritious jam recipe that can be used in porridge, slathered on buttery toast, on pancakes, with yogurt….however you prefer to eat it!
Pop everything into a saucepan and mix together on a low heat (if you are using strawberries, cut these into smaller pieces first)
Once cooled, store it in the fridge - it will keep for at least a week and more likely 2!
Fun fact! When the jam cools it will set into a gel like consistency thanks to the magic of omega 3 rich chia seeds!
