200g minced chicken or pre-cooked chicken
100g grated cheese
70g spinach (2 large handfuls)
Good glug of olive oil (around 20ml)
Gluten (optional - choose gluten free breadcrumbs if preferred)
Pre-heat your oven to 180c (200c non-fan assisted / gas mark 5)
Use your hands to roll into balls
Pop on a baking tray and bake for 20mins until turning golden
