We had a hankering for jacket potato with cheese and beans but found we were out of beans, so we made our own! We were so delighted with the outcome that we wanted to share it with you all. I hope you enjoy them as much as we did!
Fun fact! Beans, glorious beans! Beans are full of FIBRE which is excellent for our tummies! Fibre is important for our digestive systems and helps us have healthy poos, and it also feeds the healthy (and friendly!) bacteria that live in our tummies which are called our ‘microbiome’
